You the one who really fucked up , do you know about any anti-missile system operational ? Did you ever heard of any partisan movement being "break back" ? No matter how bad partisans were hit , they will always proclaim victory . That's the destiny of US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan .
Iron dome is still not operational . You know there is old Russian saying - "Age and wisdom comes together , bust sometimes age comes alone ." In your case ,second option seems to be correct .
