arguments in support of the bible, like Kent Hovind's Ice Shield idea and Walt Brown's Hydroplate idea, are not

included as serious topics as they are strongly refuted by the Christian Creationist groups themselves.

Do you people realize how many species of animals and plants there are? The point you completely miss is that there is a cultural war going on in the USA where these stupid Creationists are trying to change laws, government, and the education system to reflect a literalist biblical view.

@ThatOneQuestion Do I miss the Point? This is a country that still has freedom of speech and free enterprise. You will not change the opinion of dumb people, they are too lazy watching TV and breeding more of there kind to play football, knock people down who disagree with them and get into the latest fad. Creationism is really a political movement funded by desperate Republicans who want to get a voting block. They saw an opportunity in the Pentecostal movement and invaded.

Animals were new borns when they went on board. Perhaps they ate alot and God caused them to hibernate or sleep alot with metabolism low. If the topography of the earth were level all the water on earth presently could cover all land to 1.7 miles deep.
