Footage of parkour training; nearly all the precisions at Hobart college, easy and hard.
It's a really parkour rich environment. Look in the background of most clips and you'll see how everything is connected.

Thanks.

PS
The hardest precision was at 0:20, as it's 2.85m or so and the roof is in the way.
And that bail was fine, I landed well. Just scraped shins .

  • how big of a gap can you pass in standing position? my max is 8'6

  • Standing precision, I can do 9'6 easy now so I'd guess maybe 10'.

And to the younger guys below, I'd suggest turning up on a Saturday at 1pm. Not sure if there'd be anything we can teach you, but you can definitely learn from watching.

  • I'm a novice traceur myself, and i was wondering what i would do to workout my ankles if they can't withstand the impact of a narrow landing, like on a rail for instance, my my ankles will give away to the impact and bend, causing me to mess up my precision and half the time hurt myself.
