  • I have a hard time figuring out the breathing too LOL I just got my Ball and Im on my 4th day and Im feeling the difference. It feels good but I KNOW Im working out LOL I feel good and Im enjoying it. Something so simple and I really like it. I think Im going to be sticking with this exercising. The ball makes it easier to do and less stress on joints etc.
