As a video response, I've linked you to my video on "Open Theism" which purports to resolve the omnipotence-omniscience paradox.

I'm not a supporter of "Open Theism" (or any other kind of theism). I just thought you might want to hear what some Christians are claiming.

Yeah...it's just a redefinition of "all-knowing". They say their knows everything, but only certain things (i.e., things that anyone else could know).

It's a cop-out resolution of the paradox. Thanks for the response though!

We dont have all the answers and perhaps we never will, but you've got one life to live if Atheism is the way to go, and you've got eternity to exist if one of those religions is correct! What to do, what to do.  I'm lazy I'll pick agnosticism.

If you can't say 'Yes' to the question 'Do you believe in a god or gods?', then you're an atheist. It's as simple as that!

I thought agnostic meant to not be sure if (a) god(s) exist(s). A lot of people think it means something else, and a lot of people call agnostics cowards for not just choosing a side, but I think it's the best way to go for me right now since neither a universe with no beginning nor a god with no beginning make sense to me. Bye!

Yeah, to a lot of people atheist means you don't think a god exists, and agnostic just means you're not sure.

But that's not right at all. (I even thought that before when I was a Christian!)

Agnostic means you don't know whether or not a god exists, and atheist means you don't have a belief in a god.

You're right, the default and best position to take is that of the agnostic -- nobody knows *anything* for sure!

simple GOD IS NOT BOUND BY ANYTHING ALL THE PARADOX THEREFORE gone. we can use logic or anything to think about god he IS all POWERFUL he can look in to the future he can it while it stays the same . 'what' EXACTLY .

@Griever1965 You are atheist. Either you believe in God, or you don't. There's no almost believing in something. Atheists aren't atheists because God has presented himself and we just don't trust him. People who believe in God have a good imagination. I mean, nobody has ever seen him. It has to be in the mind. I mean seriously...God wouldn't manifest himself through a bible, that's tacky for someone so extraordinary.

can god fail, then what about the devil who has many souls? didn't god have enough power to help his creation exercise their freewill for their benefit and get to heaven?

i am an atheist who supports your, but there is a flaw in your reasoning. check your assumptions/premises. if god knows he will change his mind, ultimately, he will do what he knew he would do, and that is change. so you are right ultimately, but your phrasing is a little misleading. you are right, god cannot change or try harder to succeed or lose anything.

You are right,..... A Changing God means that something is affecting Him in a way to change thus meaning he isn't as big and bad as we think. However, God is not a changing God,.... he doesn't change at all....

However,... the argument about a choosing God is different. Humans like to see God on the same planes we are own.... With things like "what will he do tomorrow, or will he change in the future" But, God doesn't view time or choices the same.....

If that's the case then god would've created both the devil and his intent to do evil as well as the ability of evil coercion of others seeing as god created everything.
