What must always be understood is: This system wasn't/isn't designed to enforce racial equality. Though the brother very clearly knew his stuff and the history inside/out. He still knew he was up against judges; who were/are, no different; then, a bunch of david dukes dressed in judge robes. He knew what he was up against before he stepped into that courtroom. However, he/we, must never fear our voice from being heard in the mist of racism. Peace!

weather he won this case or not,ur looking at a good reason 2 enlighten our blk youth on seeking education in the field of law,as a ppl we need attorneys thats willing 2 work and b committed 2 changing unfair laws thats aimed at our ppl,we most stop letting ppl make laws that effect our kids and ppl and have no say so cuz were not informed,so we just sit back and let it ride,it is sad the way we kids r saling r kids back n 2 slavery,by doing nothing we think all is ok,think we live good,wake up.
