Northerly clearly superior to the grand mare. The best 10 furlong horse of the past decade. SYT would make things interesting with him.

@bgardiner2000 yes I agree. I hope So You Think goes on to do well in Europe and earn that rating. Northerly was always underrated yet he beat champions consistently eg. Sunline, Fields Of Omagh, Lonhro & Defier.

I have a question for racing enthusiasts. How can a horse that wins two Cox Plates against the quality of opposiion he did, as well as a host of other G1's only get a TF rating of 129? He was 3-0 against Sunline, and she also received 129. Not taking anything away from So You Think, but how is he already rated 131? He's a nice horse of course but he's not beaten a Northerly or a Sunline.
