  • why is this world full of professional critics and so little good players?

  • @theboss2211ify You got quite the logic dude...

a legend IS a good player... a good player doesn't have to be a legend

  • @rulezz264 Yup you're totally right...I want you to check a video on one of my playlists(Evgeny Kissin ) called "YouTube Evgeny Kissin first compositions " a 253 views video

  • @theboss2211ify Ye most nowadays pianists only play masterpieces from the masters, who seem to not be around anymore nowadays (rachmaninoff, chopin, liszt, beethoven...), there are some composers out there yet it's unlike that their pieces will become masterpieces, unless those composers are true GENIUSES like their predecessors.

  • @rulezz264 Yup exactly ;) !!! The one thing that might hold me from saying "Legend" is that those academically successful people never have the power of creating new master pieces with what they have learned...Unlike other jazz musicians with less experience...I don't know, maybe they did compose a very non commercial piece and was never popular :/...

  • Cómo un Verdadero Pianista Ruso.

  • @juiceforjoe actually, he just turned 40 in October...

  • @JureGorucan because the critics are not good players, so the only thing for them remains to criticize...

  • @JureGorucan

I've gradually learned something. Perfectionists and do-ers in general do and don't talk about it. They enjoy it and perform whatever the task is. Everyone else talks about it. Because I've noticed humans whine about ANYTHING they can grasp at, however feebly it may be grasped, this leads to their being massive amounts of critics and very few who actually try to do the same and/or better than what they heard/saw.

    Kinda sad.

  • @JureGorucan I say kissin is NOT A GOOD PLAYER....He is a Legend...

  • @JureGorucan this is just nowadays as media made it easier for ordinary people to listen... and maybe they listen to recorded stuff like (21 takes :P ) so it's near perfect...that's why they now listen to slightly perfect stuff...and then they judge on live players according to the 21st take they listened to... that's why Critics are increasing and professional...but if you come to the truth they are not professionals critics they just cleaned they ears by the clean recordings ;)
