shut up. that's annoying. that's like saying a dog shouldn't be a pet. and what? a koala? that would be retarted
-
umm most of them are bred. so they don't take them out of the wild much more. that's kinda a big DUH
-
okay jimmy dude there not illegal everywhere okay and they are being bred over here 2 gliders make more duh
so basically the ones over here arent australian any more there ancestors are but there not im sure the very first sugar gliders have outlived there life expectancy

uh...why is this video just a tiny clip repeating over and over?

, im sick of people always tryng to illegally smuggle our native wildlife so they can make money off them. Stealing babies from nests, killing the parents, smuggling them in socks, cramped boxes etc. Im sure they make great pets but just think about how they came to be in 'pets' in the first place, it's never pretty.

The thing is sugar gliders are a national icon here, what's next every american home is going to have a koala? It's got to stop somewhere, sure i realise it's too late now but i was just saying it shouldnt have happened in the first place

i happen to have MANY animals. Budgies, guinea pig, rats, dogs, cats, quail, cockatiel and i love them all to death.
-
lol. I know. Shut up. I have two gliders. They love people. I guess that guy never had a dog in his life

All sugar gliders in the US are bred in captivity. Since about 1975 Australia has had a ban on exporting their native animals, so any sugar glider alive outside Australia is actually several generations removed from the wild and thus closer to being domesticated or at least tame
What on earth is it eating?

Our Glider Simon, had been playing with a feather and is eating sunflower seeds with peanuts. He really likes to play with feathers.
