  • Have you tried increasing the water flow to the plates by drilling large holes through the (white) side plate supports. I believe this will allow faster repenishing of the positive plates surface area of fresh water and to allow the bubbles to move faster. Let me know what you think.

  • Drilling holes into the spacers would increase current leakage reducing the efficiency of the cells.

  • why you do not built a dry cell less fabrication and less current leakage ?

  • This is a dry cell. I feel like it's more difficult to manage solutions in the "sandwitch" type dry cells. This cell is built with an idea similar to Bob Boyce's 101 plate series cells.

  • Looks excellent!! I found your site from the scooter demo which is something I myself was working on (scavenged scooter I've is not operable though).

I'm curious to know what material you're using for the spacers and the space gap distance?

Also in your cell do you use KOH for the electrolyte?

  • ok i see your idea i will wait for the part 2 before asking more question .
