Programeter is a company based in Estonia, Europe. We're specializing in software metrics and highly value the quality of software and the timeliness of reporting.

The visualisations on our quality wallboard are changed every 10 seconds, they illustrate
* countdown of days until next release
* progress of defect fixing - burn-down chart of unresolved and resolved, but yet unverified defects
* defect detection percentage - ratio of defects found before the release and after the release
* time between escaped defects found - how often customers find new defects in released versions of product

These metrics together help monitor and manage the product quality as well as efficiently plan our QA activities.
Each visualization on the wallboard has an explanation or a metric definition below it.

Finally, the heart of the wallboard is the real-time event stream, which enables team members see the latest changes in the project. Each code modification, addition or resolution of a ticket is reflected in this stream. A click at the event in the event stream automatically redirects to the originating tool (e.g., ticket in your JIRA), where you can look for more details.
