@JamesBankman6 check your testes for knotted or bunched-up veins feeding into your testicles. you may have a vericocele. Basically, a vericose vein in your balls. I had one years ago, had similar symptoms to what you are describing. I had surgery at 26...I'm 37 now, and have been pain-free since.
Ohk. i'm 16 , i'm not sure if i have prostatitis or something else. My doctor told me i had epididymitis , which it wasn't and then thought it was a hernia , which it wasn't. I get symptoms of testicular pain(cramp feeling), pains between my rectum and testicals and strange feelings above my crotch. Im sick of people just referring me to one specialist after another , because no one has given me a diagnosis. Can anyone give me some general information or help of what i might have?
@oldstock1607 Ohk , do you mean in the testicle though ? because the doctor said i dont likely have one?!!?!?

@JamesBankman6 get a second opinion. The most common cause for pain like that in someone as young as you would definitely be a vericocele
