The reason why he doesnt build a turret is cus its a waste of money. If he builds 2 turrets, tahts 1 less tank he has, but garmito has 5 shuttles, so whats 2 or even 4 turrets gunna do? Its a waste of money. Obviously you are a moron because you dont understand wtf boxer is trying to do. 1: he knows hes behind economicaly so hes not going to waste money if he can.
