  • I don't count the weight when ppl use straps. Grab some chalk and lift it like a man. If you can't grip it naturally, don't lift it.

  • why so many dislikes? the video is quite good, showing normal dudes like us, no roids involved apparently, and about the bad form. who here has never pushed himself a bit farther and lifted more weight sacrificing the form a bit?

    Give me a break.... correct me if I am wrong but competition weight lifters don't use straps.

    I have no concerns on my back beleive me, I hold my own in deadlift and any row, not to mention chin ups, I easily match pound for pound with almost anyone I know.

    If you can't grip it you can't lift it, buy some chalk and work on your grip. This is a compound power movement that is supposed to utilize multiple muscles (forearms included) in conjunction to power the movement.

  • @142md than ur back must be really small compared to ur front, and legs.... its a back workout not a forearm workout....... u can make individual days for forearms and grip strength
