On December 7, 2010, as part of the JHU/APL Rethinking the Future International Security Environment (2010-2011) Seminar Series, Mr. James G. Rickards discussed the sovereign debt crisis, inflation and deflation, China and Russia and state capitalism, and gold superpowers. Mr. Rickards is Senior Managing Director for Market Intelligence at Omnis, Inc., a technical, professional and scientific consulting firm. He also serves as Principal of Global-I Advisors, LLC, an investment banking firm specializing in the intersection of capital markets and geopolitics.
