I was one of the thousands of people lining Cpl Szuba and K9 Ricky's final trip. What makes me angriest is the SOB that killed them had SO MANY prior DUIs but STILL had the keys to a vehicle!!!!! And he's still sucking air!!

I agree with ya 5000% there, he should be in there for life or get the needle for this crime, c'mon 31 years, be out in 15 1/2, no justice served for these two officers.

On top of this, this guy was arrested close to 15 times on similar DWI or drug convictions and it took this to put him away, what a justice system we have...
