    Oh my ...i think she cut herself...ya agree the duck was a bit overcooked..but maybe its the doneness request by the uploader..some people just kinda turn off by blood in their food..IMO...

    When it says "duck for two" it is most definitely a preset menu and ordered/reserved well over 24-48 hrs in advance with the preferred doneness of the client, for a restaurant at that caliber, making mistakes is not an option.
