Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Celebrates BC 150

One of BC150' flagship events, Rivermania
honoured the Fraser River and the people
who live along the river.

We wanted to provide our community with an opportunity to celebrate
our history and our future. The Celebrations will took place at the Haney Wharf and Brickwood Park in Maple Ridge on Wednesday, September 24 2008 at the Waterfront Park at Sawyers Landing in Pitt Meadows on Thursday, September 25th

On September 24th (Maple Ridge) and
September 25th (Pitt Meadows), the
BC 150 Committee presents a two day
celebration. 2008 marks a very special
anniversary in British Columbia:
150 years of cultural diversity, community
strength and widespread
achievement since the founding of the
Crown Colony of British Columbia in 1858.
