@gladitsnotme and where are these condos at?? Its two years later and still no sign of them. D.C. sucks anyways. Ive lived here my whole entire life and its lame. We need to make this city more hip and add some form of entertainment.

historically "black"? historically white"?? who actually gives a flying freak?
DC, is gaining more whites, but so what? what is this??? Apartheid South Africa?
white's or is it European Americans, aren't allowed to live in the city>?
U street is showing more and more "whites" and I could care less. They are making the city better, people might not have been to a rust belt town but, talk about Hell Holes.. DC is a great city, I love it and I don't care about "historically black white anyone

Its not only d.c. by the way, philly is shit too...90 percent of that city is complete ass run down ghetto...if u go to the real, non tourist areas its complete trash and these are the reall Philly that the little trolley buses wont show you...the only reason me and the boyfriend (whos black btw) got to see this is because we took a cab and the driver by mistake took us into wrong direction so thanks to that we got to see the real nitty gritty of the city, after all the touristy sites

you also left out d.c. has the worst hiv/aids rate out of the whole country

@gladitsnotme No douche bag the entire city isn't historically black. The city has only been majority black since about 1960. Besides stop being a fucking racist, there are plenty of blacks that can afford the higher rents, The ones who went to college while you were sitting around toking up and listening to go-go all day. Then they got these things called JOBS, you might want to look into that.

me and a bunch of friends had a water ballon fight that that drum circle park! xD

Outside of NW where is there money? The city cant even afford to pay their teachers. They have the worst school system in the nation Nearly 1 out of 5 of D.C. residents lives at or below the poverty level. D.C. poverty rate was 19.8%—the 3rd
highest D.C. has the highest rate of children in poverty of any jurisdiction in the U.S. 33% of D.C.
children live in families with incomes below the poverty level,What city is worse for kids? they cant aford der future

Nothing wrong with Anacostia, you've never been there, lol
You missed showing the half-million dollar condos that are going to replace every neighborhood you went to lmao. FYI, U street isn't a "historically black neighborhood"; the entire city is historically black. But hello Mr. Gentrification!
