Prof. Cook testifies at in San Francisco about the error rates in the recent RCV election. His study shows Asian/P on their RCV ballot. Up to 10% of those ballots have errors that would invalidate them.

    I think it's telling of your character that you're taking what appears to be an honest and impartial exploration into the details of how a system could be further improved - through, e.g., education of voters, design choices in ballots, etc., i.e. details of implementation - and using it to, as far as I can tell, attempt to cast doubt on the fundamental principles of the system. This strikes me as a contemptible way to go, and I wonder what false flag you're flying.
