In July 2003, I found an ideal house for rent. It was fifteen minutes closer to the office, was situated on several acres, and my only neighbor was another single woman. She also had a Doctorate degree. Her degree involved her with pet therapy at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
I was parked in the driveway of the house and visiting the neighboring house with the realtor when an Air Life Helicopter honed in and repeatedly circled my parked vehicle and the house for rent.
Both the neighbor and the realtor were shocked at the activity of the Air Life Helicopter.
That the helicopter found my vehicle parked under a shade tree and the isolated area I was in is further proof that someone installed a GPS in/on my vehicle without my knowledge or consent.
Wherever my vehicle is parked and wherever I drive, there will be several law enforcement vehicles and several aircraft making their presence known, some frighteningly reckless/aggressive/abusive.
The very public terroristic stalking by pilot(s), using Air Life Helicopters, that began just a few weeks after the horrifying and tragic 9-11 2001 terrorists' controlled plane crashes, follows the motto of U.S. mail carriers BUT takes it's terroristic stalking to the 'going postal' level with its reckless stalking flights in any location, weather, day and night, and holidays.
The only Air Life Helicopter pilot identified to me by FAA, from the details I gave of specific Air Life Helicopter terroristic stalking flights, is James Zartman (resident of New Braunfels) who is the lead pilot for San Antonio's Air Life Helicopters.
A San Antonio Express News article 11-23-05 discussed Air Life's upgrading of its helicopters through the purchase of three new ones.
University Health System and Baptist Health System are partnered with Air Life.
University Health System is a publicly supported hospital that agreed to spend up to $10 MILLION DOLLARS for two new Air Life Helicopters. Baptist Health System is buying the third Helicopter.
Taxpayers have been paying the maintenance costs of $1,100.00 an hour and the fuel costs for 112 gallons per hour for the older Air Life Helicopters used in the terroristic stalkings of 'sport target' victims like myself.
Taxpayers will be paying less for the terroristic stalking activities of the involved Air Life pilot(s) with the three new Helicopters whose maintenance costs are $300 an hour and fuel costs for 83 gallons an hour.
What a sickening waste of taxpayer money by the involved Air Life pilot(s) to find power/joy/fulfillment through the terroristic stalking of vulnerable victims like myself who they know cannot defend ourselves and whose lives their intent is to completely destroy the value of.
The terroristic stalking that has been relentless in what will be 6 years next month has succeeded in destroying my goals and career and wiping out my finances.
My attackers will get the frosting with their cake in enjoyment as I will very soon be forced to euthanize my pets with losing my home due to mounting bills.
Since the very public terroristic stalking has successfully kept me from employment, taxpayers now get to support another person on welfare.
I don't know who the Air Life pilot(s) involved in the terroristic stalking will choose for victim(s) to replace me with.
When someone is vicimized, that person's vulnerability to victimization is exposed and attracts every psychopath and mobber and predatory opportunist around.
It's then that you find out the true character of those around you.
As a member of a group of persons viewing these videos on YouTube, you can stop pilots' stalking and mobbing activities and stop their victimizing and harming anyone else through your e-mails, letters and phone calls to elected representatives in Congress demanding accountability for such pilots' flight activities. An Internet search for Congress will give you the names and other contact information. Next month will be six years that I have been fighting this alone as anyone who learned about what was happening to me either looked the other way so they would not be individually victimized as well or they joined in the abuse in their own way. With just one voice, I was not able to get any help to stop the abuse or any help to get my pets and myself to a safer place to live and use the valuable skills I have in science education and healthcare.
Zero tolerance has to be imposed to stop the terroristic stalking activities and bullying.
