  • @Pug40 absolutely - I don't eat it myself because I grew up without cheese, but it's way better than animal sources of cheese :)

  • I often don't have time to cook, so I buy some processed vegan foods like pasta, cereal, soup, occasionally more vegan junk food things like pizza. But like you said in your other video on being busy, I eat them with a big salad with greens from my local produce market (significantly cheaper than health food stores). Lately it's Kale with avocado, lemon, salt and pepper on top. I've noticed more energy lately. One day I'll hopefully kick the processed food habit, but at least it's a start!

  • @1111cam mm, sounds like a nice salad! yeah, as long as you're aware that it's not the best choice you can work towards not relying on it. but it's definitely good for transitioning when you make the effort to pair it with something fresh & healthy :)

  • Cool video. You can definitely be unhealthy on a vegan diet if you just eat processed foods, salt, and overload on fat. Just keep those fruits and veggies in there and you will be fine! Get enough calories and you will be fine.

    I leave off fatty foods on my list, anything with salt or preservatives also. I usually just buy fresh organic fruits, veggies, and some things like potatoes, quinoa, and brown rice in case I run short on fruits and vegetables.

  • I heard carrots arent as healthy as we thought .. Neither are potatoes.. And definitely inorganic soy is terrible along with garlic which is the worst. Distilled vinegar, Highfructose corn syrup and sugar kill you as well. ... Things to really buy are real maple syrup agavé & other nectars, Bragg's (apple cide vinegar, liquid amino's, seasonings, dresses, and spices), quinoa spelt kamut amaranth teff barley, sea moss spirulina & blue-green algae, and MORINGA!

  • @TheWinterWaterSong something that would be good for people such as myself who has a hormonal imbalance. Ultimately, on occasion is probably best and it is much better than having dairy.

  • @ReadingRhinoPress I would eat a lot more meat-substitutes. Since I decided to follow a plant-based diet I have followed primarily a plant-based diet. and find it much healthier anyway.
