Obviously there is some sarcasm in the title. Melvin is very NOT energetic when it comes to playing with his toys. He'd rather the toy come to him so that he can bite at it. Screw this energy expelling nonsense!

MAKE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING:
Melvin was born a "teacup" Himalayan with a form of dwarfism causing several health problems. He is blind in his right eye, hence why it is not dilated the same as the left one. He also has seizures, heart problems and growth retardation. Since this video was made he has grown quite a bit and is now happy and healthy.
