Dumb Kid With Electric Dog Collar

My sister has these annoying barking dogs. She bought an electric dog collar to give them an little jolt if they bark. Negative feedback, etc. When my nephew found out, he took it off the dog. Not because he's an animal rights activist, though.
Everyone you hear talking is in his family. He was NOT drunk with his friends. It was our monthly birthday celebration. We all watched and laughed including his parents and grandparents.

The neck is actually a fairly safe place to test it, as far as pain goes your pretty numb in the neck. If you have a friend hold 2 sharpened pencils side by side and touch the points on the back of your neck, you cant tell whether its 1 or 2. The back of your hand would hurt a much more.

My dumb dogs just run right through it and yelp on the way through, but it has an opposite affect because they are scared to come back into the yard then :P
