Created by MBM Productions International for President Obamas inaugural and played at many of the inaugural balls in D.C., this inspiring film has been one of MBMs most popular. Regardless of political affiliation (we back all worthy projects regardless of left, middle or center), you cant help but be inspired by the hope, the music and the philosophical message of this important film in U.S. and the worlds history.

The goal of this film and our mission of civic responsibility is that EVERYONE can help change our world for the good. But our enthusiasm to right wrongs and make change is often dampened by a feeling that we cant fight city hall. But once energized by the sense, the reality that Yes We Can (Change our Destiny) then we become inspired in unstoppable.

That magic, that force existed in the run up to the Obama campaign. That force was the true phenomenon of that election in our opinion. That force is what needs to be harnessed as a way of life for our world, not an oddity.

Thats why this film was made. Not simply for the inaugural, but more importantly for after it when we need an inspired populous to help shape and change our world that can be so troubled sometimes.

So how can you help?

Simply WATCH this video and FORWARD it to everyone you know (and if you know someone famous who can really get this video played out there, then you have the power to truly change our world). Rekindle the passion that existed in so many of us.

BACKGROUND ON THE MAKING OF THIS FILM
Im 53 (CEO of a Chicago based film, meeting planning and AV production company) and I have no time to waste. So what I did was create an organization I believe anyone wanting to effect change in this world will be interested in, and most importantly, an organization which can help our new President keep the momentum of involvement as strong now as it was before the election (a very difficult task).

The organization is called The Yes We Can (Change our Destiny) Project

When on Nov. 4th at Grant Park, President Elect Obama said we have an opportunity to put our hands on the "arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope for a better day, I resolved to grab that opportunity. I resolved to proactively do more then just help get our President elected.

Realizing that I can personally help bend the arc of history meaning that I can literally change our destiny was a tipping point for me.

So I resolved to create the Yes We Can (Change our Destiny) Project


I wish nothing; no fame, no fortune, not even any credit. I just want to know I did something to help and to inspire. Because I know that inspiration is one of the most powerful forces in the world and I know that President Obama is brilliant at creating and harnessing it.

Im a professional filmmaker and I created, produced, composed the music for and with 40 of Chicagos and the nations top artists, engineers, directors of photography, musicians and philosophical confidents of mine, pulled together what has become a landmark film.

It was recorded at the Chicago Recording Company, interestingly, though accidentally, on December 7th, Pearl Harbor day (that day that lived in infamy engaging Americans so many years ago at a different time of strife in our nations history).

One of President Obama's key messages at the inaugural was that we must all stay involved. When I was in D.C. and watched President Obama give that message to us all. It was very inspiring. I hope this video can be of some help to him in his quest to keep us all involved and inspired so as to bend the arc of history toward the hope for a better day.

Many months post the inaugural and this film is even more relevant. My only frustration is that it hasn't been picked up by Organizing America as their official rallying cry because they need us to all understand that "Yes We Can Change our Destiny."
