Since you've now seen what a bunch of water will do....you could now make the bridges longer and make the water bed wider. Also, you might try to make some additional ways the water could go through the layout with additional "dry beds" that would help handle the extra water. Even some drain pipe may be a good idea to put around the layout to help carry water.

@will12gage Yeah...see, the little creek running threw there is basically dry all the time. Oh, and the creek is wider than it was before we did the layout here. I've never seen so much rain here in my life! lol

@bassoon1997 A lot of the dirt, small rock, and mulch has washed away. We had TRAILERS full of that stuff hauled in. It would be a lot to buy half of it back. But the track is OK. The transformer got a little wet, hopefully not in the circuit-board...I'll have to check that out.

You should keep it! When you rebuild you should put railroad ties around the edge so you can rase the whole layout up about a foot or two! I look forward to seeing you rebuild!
