  • Sarah thinks that she got them at Thom Brown but may have gotten them at Jasmine Sola which is now closed. Both of which are located on Newbury Street in Boston, MA.

  • It's my first time seeing this workout! I can even try this in my office! Well you can also try a real workout program. Specially those who want to lose weight or look better by toning your muscles. I read a site that offers a variety of programs from weight loss to gaining that Hollywood look . I jus can't post the website here so better check my profile.

  • I was thinking the same thing. My boss would fire me if i brought a huge ball in to work, ot drug test me. The normal things are good like the punching video.

  • You have a nice speaking voice. You should mention simple range of motion exercises with all limbs at all joint areas. Anything you do with weights you can just about do as a range of motion exercise sitting in an office chair: curls, deltoid military press without weights, calve raises, neck exercises, etc. You can also do some resistance training by using one arm to restrain the other arm as you take it through a range of motion.
