@shadowcrazy kind sir, you must understand that mouth moving requires much more animations, which in turn takes up much more space in the models which are huge, and add that to every characters, then something small gets really big. Then you need to sync the animation to the voice, two different languages and maybe sacrifice some polygons to create space for the animation. UMD has 900mb, so you need to prioritize what you want to use that limited space for. Its simple as that ;)
