@ghglgh i realize this now, but like i knew sprinters at my school who would run maybe once or twice a week and they would qualify for districts or regions and some of the sprinters even smoked weed smh.. anyone can run 100 meters. all im saying is distance running takes more dedication because of the time and effort you have to put into it. i run everyday atleast 6 miles aday and i do sprints also. these guys couldnt go more than 400 meters if their life depended on it.
thats all im saying

@mannydatpimp86 thats slow 10.89...the slowest person in state this year in 5a in new mexico was 10.44 we won with a 10.34 thats fast you boys down there are slow
