This is a remix to the 1971 classic rock song 'Stairway to Heaven' by led Zeppelin. Remixed by myself JasonHawkins a.k.a Hyperaptive using Logic pro 9 2010. Instruments include synthesized electric guitars, Bells and piano.

This song is about my beliefs on the world and what happens to us when we die. I also touch on the subjects of religions and everyones beliefs as a whole.

Verse 1:

Religions and gods have always seemed like myths-to-me,
But why we're here on this Earth, remains a mystery,
What gave us our lives, all this culture and history?
Not to mention the intelligence to form this system-we've,
Developed, weather a scientist or a priest,
What you preach,
Boils down to a system of beliefs,
Every leaf,
Down to every grain of soil beneath,
Where I speak,
Contains unknown origins and mystique,
No man alive really knows the truth-of-our-roots,
Religions clash, while scientific groups-will-dispute,
From theories of evolution to the primordial soup,
While governments are more concerned with the recruitment-of-troops,
Is there a use,
In even trying to fathom-a-guess,
'Cause call me a product of the arrogant-west,
But if religion is fact, then I just haven't been blessed,
With the proof that this is all just some unanimous-test,
Show me a sign, explain-to-me-why,
And I aint talking to God, my eyes aint aimed-at-the-sky,
I'm looking all around hoping somewhere maybe-I'll-find,
An answer to why I'm here and what gave-me-this-life..........

So we can try to interpret individual-bits,
According to what for each individual-fits,
In with their life in an attempt to keep things simple-and-brisk,
I don't have the answers I'm not an oracle,
I just can't believe without being logical,
All I know is that every last molecule,
inside me right down to every hair follicle,
Has been designed, question is, by what entity?
The same riddle we've been pondering for centuries,
Maybe we're only shown what we're meant-to-see,
In our lifetime as each pushes on relentlessly,
But for some reason,
I feel this journey doesn't end with us leaving,
This Earth, as if every year is leading,

But no one would suggest that the big bang created everything from nothing, that's as illogical as a God, it states that the big bang is the starting point of the known universe, we don't know what was before it, that part is for the religious to invent.
