actually, this is nanaya's theme in MBAA.

nope Nanaya use the same theme in Candeza in Actress again, only they added guitar thing try listen again I have them all

Ok It's this stage I forgot what the name was but it had a shadow of like a carousel on it and the cartoon like city (or buildings) kinda like the ones in Nanaya's ending in Act Cadenza. I think its called "Mad Parade" or something like that

I see u play the candeza ver B pc version, which white len is playable

mad parade only aviable in PC ver, Candenza Ver B,1st Melty blood and react

in other console like ps2, they replaced it with len stage only during evening
