OVEN BAKED DIP

Don't let the main ingredient of artichoke scare you .. this dip is an absolute hit. It's warm, creamy and delicious. The combinations of flavours compliment each other so well. You'll love it!

Ingredients:

2 cans of artichoke hearts - well drained
1 1/4 cups of parmesan cheese (3/4 cup for the mix, 1/2 cup for the top)
5 well rounded tablespoons of whole egg mayonnaise (add more if you like it really creamy)
1 clove of crushed garlic
paprika
salt & pepper

Really? It seems to me like the artichokes only taste good because of the mayo,

lots of cheese. Are you sure that the artichokes really lend a taste some other vegetable (e.g. potatoes) cannot have?

I still like ur cooking videos even if it may not be my favourite food though. :D

@SuperKnowledgeSponge .. personally, I do think they bring something to this dish, adding potatoes would make it like a potato bake! The combination of all the flavours together, are really something else! You'll have to make it to find out! :)

Hi Anna! Can Jeruselem Artichokes be used instead of the Globe, I am addicted to the Latter,I have never tried Globe,do you know if they taste the same?

The only thing that sucks about these recipes is the fact that I don't have the resources to create them on my own yet. All I can do is watch and salvatate and groan as I realize I won't be able to eat this stuff today. Well, I guess I can look forward to a day I can eat these wonderful dishes you prepare!
