"Love Life and Laughter" Out in the cold cold snow!

After being whisked away by John Loder as the Crown Prince of Granau after her appearance in court, Gracie as Nell Gwynn attends a reception in honour of the King of Granau. The King is trying to pair off his son with the very plain and slightly dim Princess Grapfel in order to get his country out of a financial mess.
The Prince does not want to marry and tries to talk the Princess out of the idea. The scene ends with both the Princess and Nell in tears. Gracie sings a comedy song "Out in the cold cold snow!" I wonder why Gracie was never allowed to get her man after Sally in our Alley?
