As Grand Marshal Deen has been part of all the functions the past few days including the judging of the floats yesterday. When she wasn't passing out awards or talking to the creators and volunteers, her time was directly spent on the fans.

Making a point to come to the crowds that were waiting to meet her, Paula was greeting and high fiving everyone she possibly could. The celebrity knew just how important the fans were and wanted to make sure they knew it too.
