No duck fat though. I used lard that had previously been used to make Carnitas with and this turkey is absolutely delicious. I used the turkey to make a Greek Lemon Rice Soup but in my book a soup is not a soup unless it is more liquid than not. My day for lemon I guess cause we also made a lemon drop hot sauce inspired by a great cook that goes by the name Rawtalent. Finally to go with the turkey dish we made Apple Potato Crisp.
