This Habitat for Humanity "deconstruction" video shows the steps to easily and quickly remove a kitchen sink (bathroom sink is similar) along with a dishwasher. Stainless steel sinks require the removal of numerous clips under the lip. Both stainless and porcelain sinks require a thin putty knife for cutting the silicone caulking.
The tools needed are: crescent wrench, hammer, stiff putty knife, flat & phillips screwdrivers, { optional tools: wire cutters, hack saw }
The estimated time to remove the sink, with disposal attached, is 5 minutes. The estimated time to remove the dishwasher is 3-5 minutes. (If the disposal and collar are to be removed separately, the additional time required is ~4 minutes.)
