Mass Effect - Ilos Walkthrough Part 4 (Saren)

This is part 4 of my walkthrough of the final mission of Mass Effect, featuring the fight through the geth to the Citadel tower, and the final discussion that leads to Saren's death (Technically this is only the first half of the battle, the part during which Soverign possesses Saren's corpse will be in walkthrough part 5)

The end outcome of this video, namely convincing Saren to shoot himself requires the Charm or Intimidate power to be maxed out through a significantly high paragon or renegade score (80% paragon or renegade). Otherwise you will be forced to battle Saren and kill him.
