"MCS: With Eyes Wide Shut" is a short MCS-International.Org news video based on the BBC Somerset radio coverage of the attempted legal eviction of severe ME/CFS and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) sufferer Gillian McCarthy on the 10th August 2009 .

The live radio show (Drive with Elise Rayner) featured South Somerset District Councillor Ric Pallister and MCS-International.Org's founder Gordon D McHendry who also suffers from severe forms of the ME/CFS and MCS illnesses.

Thank you for sharing neelubird. Yes that was a good documentary. I was consulted by the producer prior to the making of it and helped them get in contact with Gillian - who of course played a large part in it. I will pass your kind comments on to Gillian when I next get the chance.

There was a channel 4 programme on about a year or two ago called "allergic to the 21st century" showing people living with MCS and electromagnetic allergies. It would be great if that could be uploaded to youtube as well as it was a brilliant eye opener. I wish Gillian every success in her fight and hope things work out for the best.
