Power Problems: Electricity's 3 Looming Challenges

In this 10 minute video, representatives of the National Rural Electric Co-op Association look at three big challenges facing the nation as it works on climate change legislation. Those challenges? Increasing demand for electricity, even with conservation/efficiency, and a possible shortage; need for energy research and new, clean technology to meet the enormous national demand for electrical power; and, just as the Chinese ramp up construction of all energy forms so as to have low-cost energy to runs its economy, the affordability of power in America.
