very smooth, I like that :)
the 'boogie' wouldn't occur if the captain was flying and in any case, whoever was established on the throttles first takes priority...
so each occasion starts new in effect, so no habit issues :)

Nice video - and good quality. I wasn't impressed by the pilots' "cross-hands boogie" and would be amazed if an airline sanctioned them to do that. One day they will sure-as-hell grab the wrong levers.
