  • no way in hell.

  • Thanks for commenting. My wife and I each got a chuckle out of your post.

  • Are you guys in a 150? Great little plane! I love the rental rates and the fuel economy in the smaller Cessna when it's just 2 people!

  • Yeah, that's a 150. We get a little better than 6 gph in this one even while crawling around at low altitude (This was taken under the DFW Class B shelf, where we spend a fair amount of time.) We had just finished getting a light gun demo from the guys at Collin County tower.

  • I take it you were asking me, but it looks like you instead replied to someone else's comment. No, we've never landed at Gillespie, but we've been into Stinson once. Hot and bumpy. Next time we head in that direction, we'll try it out. Skylark, eh? The P49 events must get annoying. What's going to happen after January? Any relief?

  • Well hell......!!! Ya'll are only a short ways from me....I fly the Cessna out of Killeen Skylark. You ever fly to Gillespie Airport in Fredericksburg? Great place to stop at...with airport hotel, Diner and Tiki Bar!

  • Forgot to say how happy you look...Awesome! LOL! Fly safe!

  • very very cool
