This movie is just awful. They got the characters completely wrong, the wrong casting, changed parts for the worst and doesn't even begin to show Marlowe's spiral into misanthropy and hatred as in Little Sister. Please people, read the book. Amazing read. This sucks.

Garner was the perfect embodiment of that man; Marlowe, Raymond Chandler's knight.

DA90027 is right, Rita's striptease is one of the best on film I've ever seen! She looks great with blonde hair and tons of black eye make-up.

Rita does a topless strip tease at the end, in the unedited version you can see her titties covered with pasties. It's a great dance number.

Does everybody drive a Chrysler Imperial in this movie? First the bad guy has an Imperial Limo, now Rita has an Imperial convertible. She is sweeeet!

Sorry, no I don't, I've never even seen it before. This is just a scene I happen to come accross online and I put it on here because I'm a Rita Moreno fan.
