Some lag spikes, damn Fraps, damn Processor, awesome Card

IDK but the people playin are laggy, thats why the choppah gunnah is quite a failure :((

please dude help, i have same card, pentium 4 640(3.2ghz, 2mb l2 cache, 800mhz FSB), and 2,3 gb ram, and i run MW 2 on lowest settings and 640x480 and low fps!!!! i dont now why....i was in bios and everything is set properly...i really dont know whats the problem...any suggestions?
