  • well i'm one of those people who have a really high metabolism. I'm 14, im 5 6'' tall, and i weigh 87 lbs. I've been trying so hard my whole life to gain weight. I eat healthy and I have a healthy diet. It's just that I can't gain weight. I am very athletic and run a lot. I was just wondering what food I could be eating daily to increase my weight. It would be a big help if you could specifically recommend some snacks for me by writing me. Thank you so much.

  • hi,im 15,im a little skinny im 6ft3in tall and 163 lbs,i am looking foward to gain weight,can you please write me,what do i need to eat,during the day,to gain mass fast,i am also going to start working out 5 days a week for an hour each day,so i need to know what to eat,to get more calories,than i waste,during the day..... (but please,be precise,about telling what to eat,it would be good,if you could write in a row how many meals and write in each meal what to eat...) thanks

  • @2010raiders1 some people find it just as differcult to gain weight as some people do to lose weight. Its all to do with a persons metabolism.

  • Thanks Rachel; I'll try following your tips (lately I've been emphasing protein, plus a bit too much sugar, and haven't been getting results).

    As an aside, I'd like to commend the picture quality in your video. I wish my videos had that kind of HD.
