Test Drive: 2001 Honda Accord V6

In this video I give a full test drive of the 2001 Honda Accord V6. Im gettin a 01 accord v6 in black with the gray interior for my first car. It has a spoiler. I wanna buy an intake some exhaust n maybe some 18 inches rims idk if 20 would be to big. :o

@PhilippoChannel Good luck! It's running fine so far. I love my car and I hope to give it to my son when he turns 16 in 9 years! I hope the tranny lasts or is an improvement over the original. I've had one dealer who buys these cars to repair them and resell them tell me it's not just the V6 but all Accords between 1998 and 2002. I don't know if this is right as I've read the known issue is with the V6. He's the one in the business and I trust him so you just never know.

@hlim74 how was your accord since? Does the rebuild last as long as the original tranny in your opinion?  I just bought a 2001 Accord Coupe V6. Had I known more about how serious the tranny problems were, I would have gone standard. Im at 105,000 Miles right now. Hoping for the best!

BTW, I have the V6. As I understand it, the V6's were the ones with the tranny problems.

The tranny will go. I had to put in a rebuilt one in mine at 125,000 miles. It is a known issue. That really pissed me off but other than that, I have to say that I am happy with the car. I probably won't buy from Honda again though since they did not adequately back the customer on such a known issue.

There isnt much that will beat a Toyota or Honda in terms of reliability.
