Similar to the Barbell Row and Trap Bar Row, the "Keg" row is just another variation incorporting an odd object into the mix. Filling the kegs with water or sand or a mixture of both is a great way to go. In the video I'm using a torpedo keg (smaller version) filled with water weighing approx. 66 lbs.
