  • 120mm?.

  • A M113 Gavin could be fitted with a 120mm gun turretless or even with a turret if you want such a light tank.

  • Ugly as fuck

  • "Ugly" that works is beautiful.

"I was a 19D Scout for 11 years, the first six on 113s, then the piece of s**t Brads. For Scouts, it couldn't get worse than the Bradley....too big, too heavy, too loud, too complex, and too slow to keep up with the M1s it's supposed to support. A 113A3 runs rings around it, the only advantage a Brad has is firepower, but if you're a bigger target than a tank without the armor to take hits like a tank, a Brad's firepower doesn't mean a thing."

  • I know these things can do way better than a sandbag bunker.

  • The Stryker can suck it!

  • Worried about high center of gravity (see LAV). Maybe losing the turret and keeping the cannon would improve stability/protection? (No inherent weak point in the turret ring around the "chin" in UA). Similar to the STUG in WW2.

  • Looks almost like a Cockerill CSE90 turret with 90mm cannon.

  • Comand and Conquer song ??? seriouslllly XD ?

  • @Pictor100 you can also upgrade the 76mm to a high velocity 90 mm system. this was proposed for some of the canadian 76mm cougars. i believ the upgrade is a BAE system and with it you get the power of a 105mm gun....nothing to laugh at

  • the turks used these?

  • @dynmicpara Well, if the only advantage the Bradley offers is its firepower, than it actually offers nothing over the M113. That 30 mm cannon can be installed on the M113 without a problem.

  • So how is this think getting reloaded? Is it manually reloaded or does it have an autoloader?

  • What is this gun? 90mm?

  • The Philippine Army Combined Turrets from their FV101 Scorpion Light Tanks that were armed with the more powerful 90mm than suppose the 76mm , to their M113s, they have proven to be effective as a stop gap measure for good standing. As for the Armed Forces of the Philippines have no main battle tanks in current inventories and relies heavily upon APCs and Fire Support Vehicles for Heavy FirePower. The Modified M113s have been combat proven in the Jungle warfare environment of Mindanao.
