The informants are just average citizens, but did you see what citizen informants can do when motivated for a cause?
Think of East Germany, or WWII Germany. People in WWII Germany thought they were doing a good thing under their leader, protecting the country, but they did horrible things to their fellow citizens.
The Stasi were just as bad, and even 20 years later many still believe in what they did and have no remorse. History can show you all this and so much more.

@gangstalking any quotes that you want. It is a great book. I was wondering how that works with universities. Are the people just psychos or is their a real reason? lol. It's is insane.

Yes you can. Or if you want I can, but which quotes?

Can you post quotes from the book?

No problem. I hope it helps others.
Thanks for the link I will heading over to amazon.com later. This sounds excellent for describing the psychological aspects involved in this type of warfare against civilians. Another good book I've found for reference is Satellite Terrorism by Dr. John Hall. Keep up the good fight..

@131kimber
The weird part of Dr. Hall is the dispute with the girl who claims that her stalking started because of him. I have seen comments she posted on the news story, but who knows.

@src438
They are idiots, useful idiots. That's what they were called in other time periods where such things happened.

I think it might be helpful to look into how the violent persons registry is used in the U.K. to have people flagged everywhere they go.
