To contortionists out there- any tips to improve my triple fold tightness and also for my backbend, how do I alleviate the strain my neck experiences with my feet atop my head?

@Caleena616 Age is but a number- with strong will power and dedication you can do anything. Don't worry about how quick the results come, time is relative. Progression, whether that be great or small, is still improvement. It is always nice to receive comments from a person with an elevated mind set :] I am making a new video that hopefully can help those (similar to you) who desire to learn and advance their body's elasticity :]
