It's a lot of work with two cameras but certainly worth the effort. I found if I converted the hour long file to .flv with stereo, it uploaded hours faster. I only upload HD with choral anthems and solos. BTW: weaverville umc on facebook and youtube are our sites. I link to the videos on facebook.

Great acoustics. Great balcony to shoot from. I've tried shooting my church services from the first level and the sound just doesn't carry. The balcony is certainly the place to be. Position that camera at the rail and you can upload the full service to Youtube. Get two cameras videoing and you've got yourself a production studio.
